Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policies

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

Santa Fe Studio Workshop reserves the right to cancel class at anytime.

If a class is CANCELLED OR RESCHEDULED by Santa Fe Studio Workshop, you will receive a full refund or class credit. THIS CREDIT MUST BE USED WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF ISSUE DATE OR IT IS NO LONGER VALID.

All students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by parent or guardian and sign a waiver. Please let us know in advance if anyone in your party is under 21.

Santa Fe Studio Workshop is not responsible for your travel expenses for cancellation or rescheduling 

Full payment is required at time of booking. 

If you request to be invoiced you must pay within 3 days or your space will be given to waitlist

CLASS CANCELLATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED 30 DAYS BEFORE THE CLASS DATE. A CLASS CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED FOR THE AMOUNT OF THE CLASS. THIS CREDIT MUST BE USED WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF ISSUE DATE OR IS NO LONGER VALID. 

CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED FEWER THAN 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR CREDITED.

CLASS CANCELLATIONS DUE TO SERIOUS MEDICAL OR FAMILY EMERGENCIES WILL BE CREDITED FOR THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE CLASS. PLEASE NOTIFY SANTA FE STUDIO WORKSHOP AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BEFORE THE START DATE//TIME OF YOUR CLASS IF SUCH AN EMERGENCY ARISES.  

IF YOU DO NOT ATTEND YOUR SCHEDULED CLASS AND HAVE NOT NOTIFIED US VIA EMAIL OR PHONE CALL BEFORE THE START DATE//TIME OF YOUR CLASS  (DUE TO A MEDICAL EMERGENCY OR OTHER CAUSE) THE FULL COST OF THE CLASS IS FORFEITED.
